Provides skills, knowledge & methods related to coaching. Participants will understand their role in coaching, identify when coaching is appropriate & understand that effective coaching can build team commitment to achieving goals.

• Differentiate between personal & performance issues and correct accordingly
• Develop a level of comfort in corrective action sessions
